To register for the event, you must pre-book and register via our website here. Tickets will not be sold at the door, so they must be purchased online before the event starts.
Yes, we strive to achieve a 50:50 ratio between men and women.
The event will begin promptly at 9:30 am or 14:30 according to the slot you have booked for. We kindly request all participants to arrive 30 minutes earlier for the check-in process and seating.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
– 9:00 – 9:30: Registration
– 9:30 – 10:00: Introduction
– 10:00 – 12:00: Table rotations
– 12:00 – 12:30: Lunch
– 12:30 – 13:30: One-on-one sessions
Female participants will remain seated at their individual tables, while male participants will rotate to each table for a series of 5-minute conversations. This process is expected to last between 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing each person to speak to all attendees before the break for refreshments and snacks.
It is compulsory all female participants to come with a Chaperone. This could be their mother or an adult Mahram over the age of 21.
Mahrams are not compulsory for men.
Friends of the Participants will not be will not be accepted as chaperones.

The event will be held at Green Lane Masjid and Community Centre, located at 20 Green Lane, Small Heath, Birmingham, B9 5DB.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for no-shows or lateness. The event is hosted voluntarily, with proceeds going to the masjid charity after deducting fixed costs for rent and refreshments. Your payment will be treated as a charitable donation.
